Bleeding while implantation occurs
When the embryo begins to implant on the uterine wall, bleeding can take place. This is usually observed after six to twelve days of conception. It is common for some women to get cramped feeling when it occurs.
Change in size of the breast and nipple enlargement
When pregnancy occurs, there is a noticeable change in the size of the breast. It becomes bigger and softer and the change can be observed after one or two weeks of conception. Even the nipples begin to enlarge during this period. The areola also begins to darken. All this happens because of the breast begins to ready for secreting milk.
Tiredness and weariness
